I often make this one when I get back from a long ride whilst the coffee is brewing. Freezing the banana really adds to the texture of the smoothie.
- 2 1/2 cups frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup almond/ rice milk
- 1 dessert spoon of honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- pinch of cinnamon
Throw these into a blender, vvvrrrrrrr… and serve chilled.
