Like other sparring gear and martial arts gear, the right pair of footwear can help improve your footwork and mobility. With lightweight, breathable materials and non-slip rubber, boxing shoes and wrestling shoes won’t weigh you down, while at the same time provide just the right amount of support and prevent slipping during your manoeuvers. Wrestling footwear and boxing footwear often come with higher cut, to provide additional support for your ankles.

Taekwondo shoes are light and flexible to keep the feel of barefoot training, but with the added protection to prevent blisters and chafing when training on rougher or harder surfaces.
