The Drako TNT Double End Ball is a an extremely versatile training aid & an excellent complementary workout for most boxing programs. The Circular sphere shape & size offers smooth and fluid movement and is ideal for athletes at Beginner or Intermediate level. The outer layer is constructed of engineered leather and provides a tough durable hide, resistant to rips and cuts. Included in the package are 2 nylon bungee cords which can be stretched to fit most areas; a great feature to have, especially for home gyms.

One of the best features when training with a double end ball is the ability to work on a combination of offensive & defensive head movements. On top of building your defensive prowess, this form of training also builds  ”hand to eye” co-ordination when including well-timed and controlled punches.  Once your confidence and skill increase, you can incorporate new angles of attack and really build up your footwork.
