The punching power is generated from the body, not only your arms or fists. It is very important to include all your body when you’re punching. Some simple tips are:
- Relax your arms, this will save you more energy during your fight or training, you will increase the speed and have more power.
- Rotate your torso, spin into your opponent and and make that punch come out of your shoulders.
- Punch from different angles, you can have more opportunities by punching from different angles and rotating.
- Exhale on every punch, you release tension in your muscles and you act faster.
