4 Steps for Goal Setting: Each day is a chance to improve your life and get closer to what you really want. There are many routes to take in getting where you want to go, but the most effective and direct way is goal setting.

Everybody has a dream destination in life, their career, or hobbies, etc. Setting goals, whether long term or short term, can keep you on track. But where do you begin?

Here are 4 Steps for Goal Setting:

  1. Make sure your goals are clear to you. Write them down somewhere.
  2. Have a general time-frame in mind of when you want to achieve your goal.
  3. The goal should be something you REALLY want. This will make you work harder at it.
  4. Make sure your goal is realistic. If it isn’t, try breaking it into smaller steps, or a larger time period.

Now you have the tools, it’s time to start achieving. You only have 1 life, you may as well make the most of it!
