Adidas Contestant Rio Shoe Description:
What distinguishes this shoe from others, including the other Adidas models, is the material used in construction. Surprisingly, recycled plastic covers the majority of the shoe while the rest is covered with a breathable mesh. At the bottom of the sole, you will find air vents and meshing which greatly improves air circulation, keeping your feet dry and cool during training.
The most notable attribute of the Adidas Contestant Rio Shoe is the way the sole curls over the edges, just like a real sneaker. With older models, the sole fits only under the above material and is held together either by glue or stitching. This causes the sole to gradually separate from the rest of the shoe, fortunately, the Contestant Shoe is built not only for comfort, but for longevity.
