We understand Christmas time can be crazy for a lot of reasons; the end of the year brings with it a rush to get everything done at once by midnight on New Year’s Eve. We cram in shopping trips for an endless list of presents and schedule each minute up until the Christmas party, making sure we have enough time to make a 3 course meal for 25 people – sound about right?
