The Best of the Best our headed Canada’s way!!
Montreal will be welcoming in June the world’s best karatekas who will face off for important Olympic qualification ranking points towards Tokyo 2020. More than 20 athletes currently in the top 5 of the world rankings are already registered!
First of all, this international event is an open tournament and Karate Canada’s registrants, as well as WKF members, can register directly. This is a great opportunity for Canadian karatekas to gain valuable international experience within their own backyard!
The WKF Karate 1-Series A is a world-class competition that provides karatekas around the world with more competitive opportunities to shine at the highest level. Presented in an open format thus allowing every athlete in the world to compete, the Karate 1-Series A is framed under the umbrella of the Karate 1 to bring together the best competitors in a series of open championships of unprecedented scale and quality.
