Description

The High Grade Puzzle Mat 20mm is a great mat for any training facility. Each mat measures 3’3” by 3’3” or 11 square feet, with a thickness of 20mm (+/- 1mm @ 21C/70F). This 20mm mat is ideal for stand up fighting arts or minor grappling. We don’t recommend these mats for throwing and break falls, as the density does not allow for maximum impact absorption.

We now manufacture mats that are safety certified and pass all government requirement toxicity levels (Lead free and latex free). Our mats are made from durable EVA high density foam (45 Degree shore hardness and 120 kilogram per square meter density) and are waterproof, fully reversible, easy to install and have all the edge borders included. Cleaning:

Do not use chemical substances when cleaning mats
Clean with water and soft alkaline soaps
Only use medical alcohol sprayed on as vapour to disinfect mats
Best to use Bushido sold disinfectant – KWAT
Always test small area before applying cleaners on mats

SHIPPING

We have an aggressive ordering system that will minimize delays. All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 working days, and if we receive your order prior to 1PM PST we will make every effort to ship it out the same day. If your order is post 1PM PST, it will be shipped out the next working day. We ship across Canada and shipping can take 1 – 7 days depending on the province or location in which you reside. We work with various courier companies to find the quickest way for your order to be sent.

FREIGHT CHARGES

Freight is based on volumetric weight which is estimated to be around 10% to 25% of value of goods; the larger the shipment, the smaller the percentage. Rate quotes are available. We use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. We have managed to get preferential rates and we charge this rate plus packaging to minimize your freight cost. Please note, that we outsource the use of courier service and cannot be held responsible after the fact your packages leave our premises. Rates are subject to change without notice.
