Our High Grade Puzzle Mat 25mm is safety certified and passes all government requirement toxicity levels (Lead free and latex free). Our mats are made from durable EVA high density foam (45 Degree shore hardness and 120 kilogram per square meter density) and are waterproof, fully reversible, easy to install and have all the edge borders included. They have a durable top surface with flexibility to avoid strains and offer the best value around. Not all mats are created equal – not all mats are DRAKO mats!
High Grade Puzzle Mat 25mm Description
The High Grade Puzzle Mat 25mm mat is our premier puzzle mat. Measuring 25mm (+/- 1mm @ 21C/70F) thick, with multiple-density foam, each mat measures 3’3” by 3’3” or 11 square feet. While we recommend this be used for stand up style fighting arts, its unique foam allows for break falls and grappling.
Cleaning:
Bushido is not liable for any discoloration or damage to mats.
- Do not use chemical substances when cleaning mats
- Clean with water and soft alkaline soaps
- Only use medical alcohol sprayed on as vapour to disinfect mats
- Best to use Bushido sold disinfectant – KWAT
- Always test small area before applying cleaners on mats

Freight is based on volumetric weight which is estimated to be around 10% to 25% of value of goods; the larger the shipment, the smaller the percentage. Rate quotes are available. We use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. We have managed to get preferential rates and we charge this rate plus packaging to minimize your freight cost. Please note, that we outsource the use of courier service and cannot be held responsible after the fact your packages leave our premises. Rates are subject to change without notice.
